Acceptable Use
Last updated: 3 August 2026
The line for everyone who uses JuanService, whether you run a business on it or message an assistant.
Use JuanService honestly and lawfully. Don’t spam people, impersonate others, abuse the assistant, misuse customer data, or try to break the service or reach another business’s data. Follow Messenger’s and Telegram’s rules. Break this and we may step in.
1.The principle
JuanService is a tool for businesses to serve their customers well. This policy sets the line for everyone who uses it — businesses and end-customers alike. If you wouldn’t want it done to you or your customers, don’t do it here.
2.Using the platform responsibly
Use JuanService for genuine, lawful bookings and customer service. Keep your account secure, keep your configuration honest, and respect your customers’ privacy.
3.Businesses may not
- Offer or book unlawful goods or services, or anything you’re not licensed to provide.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or use the assistant in a way that breaks Messenger’s or Telegram’s policies.
- Impersonate another business, person or brand, or mislead customers about who they’re dealing with.
- Misuse, over-collect, or expose your customers’ personal data, or use it for anything you haven’t told them about.
- Circumvent plan limits, conversation allowances or export restrictions.
- Resell, sublicense or share your account with others outside your business.
- Probe, scan, overload or attack the service, or attempt to build a competing product from it.
4.End-customers may not
- Harass, threaten or abuse a business or its staff through the assistant.
- Use the assistant to make illegal requests or arrange unlawful activity.
- Attempt to “jailbreak,” manipulate or overload the assistant, or extract other users’ or businesses’ data.
- Send spam or automated floods of messages.
5.Messaging-platform rules
JuanService runs on Facebook Messenger and Telegram, and everyone must follow those platforms’ own rules. Businesses are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message their customers, for respecting messaging windows, and for honouring opt-outs (for example, a customer who replies STOP).
6.Using the AI responsibly
Don’t use the assistant to generate or promote harmful, hateful, deceptive or illegal content, and don’t attempt to use it to reach data that isn’t yours. The assistant is bounded on purpose; trying to defeat those bounds is a breach of this policy.
7.What happens if this is breached
We take a graduated approach: for anything short of serious abuse we’ll normally contact you first and explain what needs to change. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension or termination of access. Where we terminate a business for a breach that isn’t serious abuse, we’ll refund any unused, prepaid subscription period; we don’t refund in cases of serious abuse.
8.Reporting something
If you’ve seen misuse of JuanService — spam, impersonation, harmful content, or a security issue — please tell us so we can look into it.
